Summing up, we can say that the process of kataphoretic dip-coating is environmentally friendly, and is material- and energy-saving. Coating by means of cataphoretic separating leads to proven corrosion protection. According to the type of paint, this coating has a three times bigger salt-spray resistency compared with anaphoretic separation. This advantages are because of the physical-chemical characterictics of the process.

After the chemical pre-treatment there are proper rinse tanks, they are contaminated perpetually (chemical from the previous tanks, pollution from the work pieces). That is why the tanks have to be refreshed with tap water and distilled water. The capacity of the waste treatment depends on the amount of injected water(mostly 0,5 - 4 m3/h).
